Common Questions about Pet Services

How long does the cremation process take?

We make every effort to pick up your cherished pet from your local veterinary hospital on the same day as requested, if before 5 p.m. We will return your pet’s cremated remains in 3-5 business days.

In what type of container will my pet’s cremated remains be returned?

Each private cremation is returned in either a handcrafted wooden urn or a metal urn depending on the package.

How do I know the pet returned to me is actually my pet?

A certificate of cremation is issued with every individual cremation along with reading material to assist you in the loss of your faithful friend.

Will I receive a certificate of cremains?

  • After Hours Removal (Nights after 4pm, Weekends, Holidays) - $95
  • Drop Off at Crematory M-F 8am-5pm – No Charge (Call First)
  • Drop Off at Crematory after Hours (Nights, Weekend, Holidays) - $50

Private Cremation

This is when only one unique pet is cremated at a time. The families will receive the cremated remains of their individual pet back in an urn.
